Cabernet Sauvignon accounts for 54% of the blend, Merlot the balance. The vines lie on hillocks neighbouring d’Armailhac and Pontet-Canet. Colour is deep and rich, aromas clean, pungent and fresh. The palate attack is immediately impressive, with rich fruitiness, fine tannins and fresh length (for drinking 2023-2030+).
