2020 Alter Ego de Château Palmer, Margaux

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 46% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, this 2020 Alter Ego is a wonderfully satisfying Margaux. It is very much in the classic, Alter Ego mould, having beautiful purity of fruit with a gourmet touch. Generously fruit-driven, lively, and with glorious freshness, tannins are precise and ripe, the finish being brightly satisfying (for drinking 2026–2035).
