2020 Apelacion Vista Flores Malbec, Zuccardi Valle de Uco

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and his father, Sebastián Zuccardi’s aim is to create wines of great purity, firmly rooted in the terroirs of the Uco Valley, in the shadow of the Andes Mountains. The family makes wines that express their varietal, their origin, the essence of their soils and the extreme climate conditions of the vineyards. 100% Malbec from Vista Flores (980 metres above sea level), aromas here are open and attractive, recalling ripe black cherries and dark chocolate. Palate is full, rich and creamily textured, with lovely concentration of fruit flavours, lifted by vanilla spice. Being powerful yet elegant, the finish is bright, fresh and suave.
