2021 Chablis 1er Cru Montmains, Domaine des Malandes

Domaine Malande`s parcels of 1er Cru Montmains (1.18 hectares in total) were planted in the 1960s, having a south-east exposure, and lying on clay-limestone soil. This 2021 is a pure, taut expression the vineyard, having tight, floral, lemony scent, leading to a medium-bodied, well structured, silkily textured palate. This is refined and precise, finishing with fresh minerality.
