Amos comes from Kurtatsch’s most exposed, hilly vineyards, at 600-900 metres above sea level. An intricate blend of 40% Pinot Bianco, 20% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Grigio, 15% Kerner and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, it shows Alto Adige’s high-altitude winemaking at its best: power, fragrance and elegance at once. Pale lemon colour, aromas are beautifully concentrated, recalling fresh white peach and rose petals. Palate is full and fleshy, with rich middle fruit held in place by precise structure. The finish is long flavoured and full of finesse.
