2021 La Minuette Rosé, IGP Pays d’Oc, Domaine Gayda

This beautiful, organic rosé is named after the Minuette rose Domaine Gayda`s owner, Tim Ford, cultivated in Kenya during his 25 years of rose production. Both have a very pale colour and delicately floral bouquet, the wine being a blend of 60% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah, 15% Grenache, 10% Cinsault, grown on the limestone terroir of La Livinière. Glistening pink, this has a discreet, perfumed nose of strawberry and grapefruit. Light in body, the palate has intensity and delicacy, the finish being lifted, pure and crisp.
