A freshly shipped parcel of this outstanding 2015 Picque Caillou has just arrived and is starting to hit its stride. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, with 5% Petit Verdot, in colour, this is a beautiful, deep ruby, the nose being ripe, open and perfumed. Palate is medium bodied, with magnificent, charmingly dense fruitiness and lovely length. This has harmony, fine tannins and impressive concentration. Classic Picque Caillou, for now and the future (for drinking 2020-2028+).
