This château’s vines are superbly situated on the plateau of one of Pauillac’s best sectors. It rubs shoulders with vineyards belonging to classed growths Batailley and Grand-Puy-Lacoste, and until 1948 formed part of the 4th Growth Château Duhart-Milon. The 2021 has been assembled from 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. As in past years, this is a great value Pauillac, with fragrant aromas and dense fruitiness, for mid-term ageing (for drinking 2026-2032+).
