The vines here lie high up in the Musigny Grand Cru, close to rows belonging to Comte Georges de Vogüé, Domaine Leroy and Joseph Drouhin. Two new oak barrels contain the 2020 production, in which 30% whole clusters were included. This has beautiful, deep purple colour, with superb aromas, delicate and very fine. Palate shows stunning fruit with freshness, and beautifully balancing acidity with the finest tannins. A wine for long keeping, and also mid-term, thrilling drinking. This is very rare, and one the vintage’s greatest bottles (for drinking 2026-2045+).
