These are family vines but their produce only came back into the Domaine for the first time in 2019. 25% whole clusters were retained for fermentation in 2020, and, of the five barrels used for ageing, two have been of new oak. This is deep purple, with splendidly ripe, open aromas. Palate is powerful and smooth, with impressive, dense fruitiness, fine tannins and refreshing length (for drinking 2024-2030+).
