The grapes for this cuvée come from several vineyards which encircle Pernand: Les Bouttières, Les Noirets, Belles Filles and Les Pins. Native yeasts got fermentation under way, after de-stemming, with ageing taking place in oak barrels, of which approx. 10% were new. The wine is pale, red-purple in colour, with open, attractively ripe aromas. Palate shows fine fruit, medium body and well-rounded, gentle aftertaste (for drinking 2018-2021+).
