Gilles Bonnefoy grows his vines according to biodynamic priciples, on the volcanic slopes of the Massif Central, overlooking the southern Loire River. 100% Gamay (the grape variety most commonly found in the Beaujolais), this vibrant red is bursting with life. Colour is vivid ruby-purple, with fresh, lifted, red berry aromas. The palate is ripe, spritely and pure, with good depth of flavour and a harmonious, long-lasting finish.
