A predominantly Grenache blend, with Syrah and Mourvèdre providing structure, finesse and aromatic complexity. The domaine`s vineyards nestle directly below the Jurassic limestone rocks of the Dentelles de Montmirail at a height of 420 to 500m. This combination of height and limestone brings a bright, fresh character to the wine that we find most enchanting. The 2017 has a deep purple core, with floral, open, ripe red fruit aromas. The palate is rich and broad with a super texture, very creamy and with ample flesh. There is a bright mineral freshness running through this wine, with fine, silky tannins and good length of ripe fruit to finish (for drinking 2019-2024+).
