Description

Jean-Yves Perraud`s Moulin-à-Vent vines are aged between 25 and 80 years old, the result being a wine that combines bright fruitiness, excellent concentration and fine structure. Mid ruby-purple colour, aromas are vibrant, recalling fresh black cherries and violets. Palate is full bodied, with good stuffing, purity and intensity. This is an extremely well-made example of Moulin-à-Vent, the finish having vitality, bite and satisfying length.
