A higher than usual 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, backed up with 20% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot, it gives a tighter, very classic left-bank style. While the 2014 is less opulent than the 2015, it exudes finesse and elegance. Aromas are floral, bright and well defined, with freshness and fine fruit purity. It has a weightless, fine-boned quality, with ample flesh and silky-smooth tannins. It builds and opens to a sensational finish, being spicy, complex and long-lasting (for drinking 2020-2035+).
