Description

The Second wine of Grand-Puy-Lacoste, Lacoste-Borie is a frequent HH&C favourite, offering great value for an elegant, impeccably made Pauillac. In 2019 the blend is 62% Cabernet Sauvignon with 29% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc, ageing in 50% new barrels, Rich in colour, this shows fine, sweetly spiced cassis aromas on the nose, palate being full bodied, with generous fruit concentration, lively freshness, well-defined frame and delicious, supple length (for drinking 2024-2035+).
