before the vines’s roots begin to penetrate into the rocks. Production is small, less than 1500 bottles, from just 5 barrels (of which 2 were new). Colour is bright, purple-ruby, aromas being fine and fragrant. Palate has dense fruitiness, bright purity, chewy layers of flavour and flattering aftertaste. This is a wine which may be enjoyed youthful, and also matured (for drinking 2020-2028+).
