The grapes for this cuvée come from several vineyards which encircle Pernand: Les Bouttières, Les Noirets, Belles Filles and Les Pins. Native yeasts got fermentation under way, after de-stemming, with ageing taking place in oak barrels, of which approx. 10% were new. The wine is pale ruby in colour, with open, floral, red berry aromas. Palate has fine fruit, medium body and well-rounded, lively aftertaste. This is a beautiful, youthful Pernand, for drinking 2020-2023+.
