These grapes came from the same plots as last year, from the hamlet of Poncey, in the southern part of Givry’s appellation. The bunches were 100% de-stemmed, and the wine has been ageing in small barrels, of which 15% were new. In colour, this is medium-deep purpleruby, with fresh, ripe fruitiness on the nose. Palate shows fine harmony, with vigorous fruit, gentle tannins, refreshing aftertaste (for drinking 2020-2023+).
