2020 Givry 1er Cru Crémillons, Domaine Seguin-Manuel

These grapes came from the same stoney plots as last year, from the hamlet of Poncey, in the southern part of Givry’s appellation. The bunches were 100% de-stemmed. In colour, this is deep, ruby-purple, with fresh aromas recalling raspberries and cherries. Palate shows vibrant fruit, with good intensity, gentle tannins, and fine, refreshing length (for drinking 2022-2025+).
