This was one of Faiveley’s most thrilling wines in 2015, and the same is true of this 2016. Colour is purple-ruby of medium depth, with aromas which are expansive, fine and rich. Palate is powerful, sumptuously textured, creamy, fresh and long – a spectacular wine (for drinking 2020-2035+).
