The vines here lie high up in the Musigny Grand Cru, close to rows belonging to Comte Georges de Vogüé, Domaine Leroy and Joseph Drouhin. Only one barrel was made in 2016, but the wine is of astonishingly beautiful quality. Colour is medium-deep purple, aromas amazingly scented, with dark fruit character, fully ripened yet still fresh. Palate is rich and complete, with all elements in perfect balance, with exceptionally silky, extra-long finish (for drinking 2022-2040+).
