Father and son team, Dominique and Romain Cornin, make biodynamic wines that are intense, finely textured and fresh. This “Les Serreuxdieres” cuvée is from a single plot of east facing vines, where 1/3 of the vines were planted in 1936, 1/3 average 45 years in age, and the last third are younger, 20 year old vines. Unoaked, this 2015 is vibrantly pure in aroma, recalling ripe lemons and fragrant honeysuckle. The palate is full bodied and creamily textured, with beautiful, concentrated citrus flavours. This is a taut, crisp, vivacious wines, the finish being crisp and harmonious.
