This comes from a hillside vineyard to Rully’s north, lying just below First Growth Clos du Chaigne. The land is pebble-rich and quite steep, always one of her first vineyards to ripen. This was vinified in barrels and bottled before the 2017 harvest, to capture its fresh fruitiness. Pale golden in colour, with ample, golden fruit aromas, this has splendidly textured palate, with fresh, clean aftertaste (for drinking 2018-2020+).
