100% Chardonnay, of which 15% aged in French oak for 10 months, Gouttes d`O has a bright, very pale lemon-green colour, its aromas being intense and finely woven: perfumed apricots, lemons and acacia flowers. Palate is full, taut and racy, with generous, pure fruit flavours and a beautiful, silky-smooth texture. This has finesse and energy, the finish being crystalline, fresh and long-lingering.
