This is a tiny vineyard of only 1.2 hectares, and probably Meursault’s best kept secret, among its First Growths. It lies at the top of the slope, abutting Premier Cru Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault vines. In colour, this is pale, golden-green, with intensely lovely, open aromas. Palate shows splendid freshness, with plump middle fruit, long-lasting aftertaste and enviable vivacity (for drinking 2018-2024+).
