These vines, located in the First Growth Les Vergers, were planted in 1996, and have always been cultivated organically. Capturing the grapes’ natural, racy freshness is of paramount importance to winemaker Franck Grux, and here he has again succeeded superbly. Production was decimated by frost in 2016, so we are very happy to welcome this back to our range. Colour is a fresh, green-gold, with balmy aromas of pear and white peach. Palate is splendidly rich, with great fruit intensity, mouth-coating, fine texture and vivacious, impressive length (for drinking 2020-2027+).
