Faiveley has a superb estate on the Côte Chalonnaise, and a separate, newly renovated winery in Mercurey to handle all the fruit as near to the vineyards as possible. They are sole proprietor of this vineyard, which is regularly their best white from the district. It is now two-thirds vinified in stainless steel tank, with the balance in oak barrels. Pale, green-lemon in colour, this has very fresh aromas and lovely balance between lively fruit, good body and refreshing aftertaste (for drinking 2019-2022+).
