Amos is a terroir-focused blend from vineyards at 600m-900m. Non-aromatic varieties – mostly Pinot Bianco, with Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio – emphasise the mineral, fresh, mountain characters. The altitude allows for later picking, adding richness. Kurtatsch president Andreas Kofler suggests pairing it with seafood pasta or grilled shellfish.
