2018 Château Lafont-Menaut Rouge, Pessac-Léognan

The Perrin family’s expertise in producing elegant wines, which are true reflections of their terroirs, shines through in this 2018 Lafont-Menaut Rouge. 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot with 3% Cabernet Franc, colour is deep ruby, aromas being fragrant and pure: cassis, violet, graphite. Medium bodied, this is a vibrant, silky, focussed wine, with an intense, harmonious finish (for drinking 2022-2026+) – 13.5%.
