This vineyard is one of our favourites, from having explored the land uphill from 1st Growth Meursault-Perrières, and walked beneath the looming outcropof rock – resembling a donkey’s back – which gives it its name. The vines were planted in the 1950s. The wine is bright, green-golden in colour, with open, beautiful, floral aromas. Palate shows lean, tight fruitiness, rich middle and splendid freshness on the finish (for drinking 2025-2034+).
Please note, this en primeur wine is limited to 1 case online. More may be available: please call 020 7584 7927 or email to enquire further.
