This is a standout bottle of the vintage, coming partly from the Domaine’s old vines, partly from a sector replanted in 2013. The south-facing vines are located uphill from 1st Growths Les Arvelets and Les Charmots. One third whole clusters were included for fermentation, and the wine aged in 20% new barrels. In colour, this is ruby of medium depth, aromas being finely fruity and delicate. Palate shows admirable stuffing, with dense middle and lively, impressive length (for drinking 2025-2032+).
