2015 Château Sigalas-Rabaud, 1er Cru Classé Sauternes

This is the smallest of the 1st Great Growths of Sauternes. 100% Semillon grapes have gone into this wine, bringing structure and richness. Mid gold colour, the palate is positively bursting with fruit, texture being luscious and creamy. This is at once rich and vibrant, with great purity of aromatics on the finish, which is complex, balanced and long-lingering. This is a great, ready-to-drink wine (for drinking 2023-2030+).
