Half the vines are 80 years old, the remainder being young vines. Aromas are richly concentrated, perfumed and very pure, combining both crunchy red fruits and ripe, dark berries. This is a wine of real depth, intensity and power to finish. Tannins are in perfect balance and complex flavours are long and satisfying (for drinking 2026–2035+).
