This wine is an assembly of grapes from three plots: En Boeuf, La Combotte and Vaumuriens. The grapes were fully de-stemmed, and the wine aged in small oak barrels, of which one third were new. Deeply coloured, it has open, lively, ripe aromas, with full, broad fruitiness on the palate, and splendid, rich aftertaste (for drinking 2024-2030+).
