High on the hill above the Pommard vineyard called La Vache, these 40-year-old Chardonnays produced just seven barrels in 2021, in which the wine fermented. Pale, lemongold in colour, with open, fragrant aromas, this has bright fruit, with good body, without heaviness, and refreshing, well-balanced aftertaste (for drinking 2023-2026+).
