Description

Bouzeron is famed for its Aligoté vines, such as these. The juice fermented 100% in barrels, of which 20% were new. Colour is clear, green-lemon, aromas are clean, open and fresh. Palate shows brightly charming fruit and medium body, with appetising, rounded length.

This family domaine is based in a small village over the hill from Givry. They make fine, great-value wines both white and red, from the family domaine and – as Famille Masse - from carefully-sourced, bought-in grapes and juice. Fabrice Masse has help and support from his experienced uncle Roland Masse, who was, for many years, wine-maker at the Hospices de Beaune.
