2021 Le Mas, Domaine Clavel, Languedoc

Pierre Clavel`s father, Jean, is partly to thank for the original establishment of this Languedoc gem. As a noted historian of the Languedoc vineyard area, he foresaw the bright future of the region`s wines in the early 1980s, long before their boom. Pierre settled down to work in the vines in 1986, and since then has taken great strides in developing the family domaine, now joined by his son, Antoine. The property is certified organic, making reds, whites and rosé from estate owned vineyards.
