This cuvée comes exclusively from Chenin Blanc planted in a flinty, silex-soiled, 6 hectare plot within the walled Clos du Mosny. This 2022 is pale gold, having rich, pure, layered aromas of apple and spiced almond pastry. The palate has fullness and mouth-filling generosity alongside energising rigour and freshness. There is beautiful intensity of flavour, tense structure and a long, refined finish (for drinking 2024-2032+).
