Pinot Bianco thrives on cool hillside slopes, where its natural richness and roundness is finely lifted by invigorating acidity. This example exudes mountain freshness and purity. The vines grow on gravelly, limestone dolomite, giving the wine a stony minerality on the palate. Pale lemon-green in colour, aromas are airy and delicately floral: fresh pear and apple. Palate is light bodied, having creamy texture, fragrant middle fruit and a fresh, lifted finish.
