Bollinger, Special Cuvée NV

Based in the Grand Cru Village of Aÿ, Bollinger has been creating fine, complex, richly flavoured Champagne since 1829. The blend for the Special Cuvée is 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, predominantly from Grands and Premiers crus vineyards. The wine combines white flower, brioche and ripe citrus aromas, with fine texture and impressive depth of flavour. There is super freshness and spiced, lemony complexity to finish.
