Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Ca`Vittoria `Riva dei Ciliegi` NV

The Ca’ Vittoria estate is situated in the Conegliano hills, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG.. The Glera grapes for this outstanding Prosecco come soley from the Rive dei Ciliegi hillside (which translates as the cherry tree slope). Pale lemon-green in the glass, aromas are lifted and scented: green apple, lime, acacia flowers. Palate is light and very finely textured, with an attractive, creamy mousse. Flavours are well-concentrated and youthful, with underlying mineral interest. This is a lively style, having finesse and excellent length.
