Jean-Marc Roulot

Jean-Marc Roulot grew up in a family whose vineyard-owning origins date back to the early nineteenth century. His father Guy Roulot was a pioneer vinifier of village Meursault from single plots, in addition to the family’s 1st Growths. As a young man, Jean-Marc’s first career and passion was acting, in theatre and film. Following the early death of his father, he returned to the family domaine, immersing himself in vines and wine-making. He continues to act, whenever opportunities arise which do not clash with running a great wine estate. His artistic flair and creativity bring exceptional beauties and excitements to his bottles, and 2022 is a brilliant success which we are thrilled to recommend.
