In parallel with running the Confuron-Gindre domaine with his parents, Edouard Confuron now has just under 2 hectares of vineyard in his own name. When it comes to wine-making, he is able to depart from the well-honed family methods, picking a day or two earlier, and experimenting with different levels of extraction and fermentation lengths, for instance. The results here are incredibly exciting, and we were thrilled to launch the wines from this new Domaine onto the UK market in early 2023.
