The Pinot Noir vines planted here, above Savigny, average 30 years of age, and have given a splendid wine for youthful drinking, which will certainly also gain complexity, if aged. 40% whole clusters were retained for fermentation, giving a ruby-purple wine of medium colour, with striking, blackberry aromas. Palate is very attractive, with bright, soft middle and gently tannic length (for drinking 2024-2028+)
