Normally, Bourgogne Passetoutgrains is made from two thirds Gamay grapes, with one third Pinot Noir. Here however, Luc Pavelot has reversed th eproportions, and we have a 70% Pinot Noir, beautiful wine. The vines have been cultivated organically since 2019, and the grapes are now no longer soldoff to local négoçiants. Pretty, purple-red in colour, this shows openly ripe, fruity aromas, with most attractive freshness, on the palate. Ripe, fresh and superb value (for drinking 2024-2026+).
