Situated in beautiful, traditional farm buildings in the village of Sablet, Domaine de Verquière was brought to life in 1928 by current owner-winemaker Thibaut Chamfort’s great-grandfather. Following in the footsteps of his elders, and having spent time making wine in California and South Africa, Thibaut now cultivates 45 hectares of vines spread across the southern Rhône, which have been certified organic since 2014.
