Union Champagne

Union Champagne is a winemaking co-operative based in the village of Avize. It is made up of approximately 2000 members, whose vines extend over nearly 1500 hectares across the Champagne region. Impressively, the majority of these vineyards are classified Grand Cru (62%) or Premier Cru (28%), which goes a long way to explain their unwavering focus on quality.
